Refund policy

Book(s) may be returned ONLY (i) if they have been delivered in a damaged condition, (ii) if there are missing/defective pages (iii) if incorrect book(s) have been delivered,

Return request should be made by email within 2 days from the date of delivery of book.

This terms applies for Both National and International Shipments.

If the book(s) meet the returns policy norms mentioned above, please email us at nareshmedicalbook@gmail.com or call us on +91-9426414479 between 11am-7pm from Monday to Saturday to raise a return request.

Once your return request is accepted, you will be required to self-ship the book(s) through India Post/Youe prefered courier to the following address:

Once Return received, further Inspection will be done for returned product and will issue refund (for Product cost only) within 4 business days . Amount will be reflact within next 5-7 days in your account.

Please note that Shipping Charges are non refundable.
