International orders – return & refund policy
At naresh books, we take great care in packing and shipping books worldwide. However, due to the high cost of international shipping and customs procedures, our return policy for international orders is different from domestic orders.
1. No returns for international orders
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders once the order has been shipped.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect book
- Photo of the package label
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement shipment (subject to stock availability)
- Partial refund or store credit
3. Shipping & customs charges
- International shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
4. Delivery delays
International shipping may take 10–25 business days depending on the courier and customs clearance. Delays caused by customs or postal authorities are beyond our control.
5. Incorrect address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will need to pay the reshipping charges.
